DUPLICATE CULTURES AND GUARANTEE: Since Aloha Medicinals has no control over the shipping conditions, we supply all cultures in duplicate (two tubes) to ensure they are not killed or damaged from high or low temperature during shipping. All Aloha Medicinals cultures are guaranteed for life. If you lose a culture through contamination, death of the culture, senescence or from some other reason we will gladly replace it for free. You pay only the shipping cost for the replacement culture. Our technical staff is available to answer your questions on culture media, culture maintenance, fruiting strategies or other questions that may arise as you work with these cultures. PO	Very Fast and prolific. Fruits even if contaminated. Anyone can grow this strain, however it has a unique flavor. Some people like this one and others don't care for the taste. SC	Sajor-Caju - Grows well on almost any substrate, including most conifer sawdust. An easy to grow mushroom that is tolerant of changing conditions.	Wide Range	Brown
Shiitake 75	The VERY BEST shiitake culture available today! This strain fruits every time, it is quick and easy, it is definitely the easiest shiitake to grow, and the yeild is better than any other strain we know of. The fruitbodies are very consistant. Oyster Mushrooms will grow on just about any substrate. The ideal substrate is one that is relatively species-specific. In other words, one that mushrooms will grow on and other organisms will not. The typical substrates are Straw (ideal), hardwood sawdust and paper or cardboard, or some combination of these. If you have an option, Straw is the best. For details on growing oysters, we highly recommend Paul Stamets' books The Mushroom Cultivator and Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms. They are available in libraries and bookstores everywhere.
